Large quantities of unlicensed medications have been seized by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.
A man was spoken with by department officers about illegally importing and consequently providing unlicensed impotence medicines through the internet.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offenses.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: “It is essential that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be unsafe.
“These kinds of products being offered, generally online, have actually gone through no quality control and there can be no guarantee about their safety.
“You merely do not know what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More significantly, you do not know the impact drugs like this may have on your health.”
