Hour Fitness

24 Hour Fitness is a centre for yogic lifestyle and conscious community in Camrose Alberta. It is the creation of husband and wife team Lisa and Ravidass. They had a vision of creating a community hub in downtown Camrose where people can gather who share a common passion for an inspired healthy and natural lifestyle.

Their 24 Hour adventure started when they acquired Swan City Yoga from their friend Sandy. During their time running the studio, they saw the yoga membership base grow exponentially. It was at that point that they knew 24 Hour was ready for a centre like Sacred Arts. Since then, Sacred Arts has grown to have a Main Street location and host various teacher training programs that attract national and international students each year. Today Sacred Arts meals and sauces can be shipped across Canada or enjoyed at our second location in Edmonton at GoVeg Meal Kits or the online store.

What makes 24 Hour unique is that several facets of healthy living and lifestyle come together under one roof with an inspired team and mission. Ravidass and Lisa were able to bring together their unique creative talents and to collaborate with other community members to make their vision a reality. Today, 24 Hour in Camrose is guided by a team of shareholders that share a mission for conscious community growth. Sacred Arts is for conscious community and guided by conscious community.
